Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email to confirm its arrival. We’ll then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified timeframe.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Reach out to your bank, as there is often processing time involved.
  • If you’ve completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.

Sale items

We only offer refunds for regular-priced items. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if there is a size issue. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us via WhatsApp and send your item back to us.

Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift during purchase and directly shipped to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift during purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, and the gift giver will be notified of the return.

Shipping returns

To initiate a product return, kindly ship your item back to us at the provided address.

Please note that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. These costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping expenses will be deducted from your refund amount.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or opting for shipping insurance. While we strive to ensure the safe return of your item, we cannot guarantee receipt without proper tracking.
